Hello

Mm, I've been meaning to draw these two together for awhile now. I meant to last November, since that's when he passed away, but then life got in the way and yeah. Anyways, I drew my kitty Larkit, and my rat Frodo-Mo my pets have weird names i know. I had a dream last night (although technically the night before last since I finished this late and am scheduling it to be posted early tomorrow, or today technically) and I was moving into some new apartment a la New Girl. Other stuff happened, but the point is for the majority of the dream I was carrying Frodo around like I used to back in the day. And I distinctly remember giving him an ear noogie in the dream, cause he used to like that  But then when I woke up, I felt really sad and nostalgic, because I loved him to bits, and I still miss him. And this was the first dream I'd had of him in forever. My mom used to say when you dream about a deceased loved one, it means they've come to visit you from the great beyond, or wherever you believe souls go to rest when they die. So that also made me a bit sad. But it's nice to think that Frodo came to check up on me uvu

Well, enough about my feelings and such. I'm a tad annoyed, because I think I've finally found a chibi style that I like, but it doesn't translate well to things that aren't cats apparently. Frodo and Larkit look like they're drawn in two different styles and that irks me But oh well. Overall I really like this piece, since this is the first decent picture I've drawn of Frodo, and I think I've finally found a way of coloring tortoiseshells that I like. So yay~
